Everybody is worried, how to maintain good health.
The following tips can be useful to to many. It is not all the best tips, but somehow.
1. we need to drink water enough that requires to body.
2. we should avoid junk food/ oily food etc except in exceptional case.
3. we should be more vegetarian for better digest.
4. Always understand that taking is meat is delicious, but it takes a lot time and energy to digest by body.
5. We should travel 30/40 minutes on foot daily as far as we can. if we don't do any physical exercise daily.
6. Keep in mind that walking too a kind of exercise for body.
7. Remaining long hours passive, i mean in no body movement is dangerous-that may cause sugar in body
8. Doing any yoga is better, like BABA RAMDEV has taught by tv or youtube.
9. If your office is near , go on foot
10. Don't take food at evening more, because at night our body remain passive, so can't digest well than in day.
11. sleep early and get up early.
12. Brush your teeth always minimum at evening because the remain food at teeth make your mouh smelling.
